Top Ties

Top Ties attach under the hood, on the fender bolts. Remove the fender bolt, then put the metal grommet on the bolt , then reinstall the bolt one top tie on each side. Pull out the straps and then close the hood. Than just flip them out when needed! No crawling under your vehicle.

The original Top Tie is a loop of webbing with a grommet inserted into it. The idea is to mount it to the bolts under your car hood that hold your front fenders on. When you need to carry your boat, you open the hood and reclose it with the loops hanging out instant tie-down points! They're always there when you need them, and out of the way when you don't.
