Voyageur Map #2-Crooked Lake, Lac La Criox, Lake Agnes

Map #2 covers a portion of Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness stretching from Lac La Criox in the west almost to Basswood Lake in the east, primarily showing Crooked Lake and areas within th BWCAW south of the US-Canada Broder. Some of the major Lakes Crooked Lake, Lac La Criox, Lake Agnes and vicinity.

Each map contains comprehensive planning information such as the most difficult portages on each map, human history, 1999 blowdown impact, etc. A closeup of the maps shows additional features. The maps are to be printed in 5 colors, and include many useful features not shown on currently available maps, such as primitive management areas, historic portages that are no longer maintained, and useful fisheries tables on each map giving a summary of DNR fisheries data.
